autocad problem 2023

Hello everyone,
I installed autocad 2023, I imported the settings of 2022 and everything works well.
I create a new toolbar that is regularly shown in the design area and in the list > autocad < but is no longer shown at the next autocad start.
only by selecting the new bar from the list > autocad <, this appears normally.
Is there a maximum number of toolbars?

I ran hundreds of times!
- create new bar
- create commands and insert in the bar
- apply ok
as written, the new bar appears on the list.

then you have to save the layout configuration of the icons....it was so already in the 2002 autocad....in these years I don't think it has changed despite nanocad use.

How do you save the configuration?
After importing new icons, creating new commands, the buttons I can use are present, at the bottom right of the pages and are:
- application
- Okay.
I do not see any other useful buttons to save further.

I haven't done this for a long time. is in one of the options menus. It lets you save the layout of icons and bars by name. so if you have more users and more customizations upload what you need.

In the end it is this but I never did it as a command line but passing from the menus..... do the same thing. Thanks massive.
I noticed that the autocad guide has become worse over the years while the inventor's guide is much better.
