autocad resolution superior to screen resolution

Hello everyone!! !
I have a big problem..I installed autocad 2009 on view but when I make it start m from an error (autocad requires a resolution of 1024 for 768 or higher ) and after m it normally opens but you see badly... what do I have to do??? the resolution of my screen is 1280 for 720 so superior but despite this always comes out and working with the lines geared is not the maximum! !

But the limit of your resolution is hardware? I mean your monitor's panel isn't over 1280x720?
which is a 16:9 laptop? (you know how old I am)

no the maximum is 1280 x 800!!! I just wanted to know if what I have now is lower than what I demand all this!

Like gp says, 720 is less than 768, don't you think?
set that from 1280x800.

Don't change it in autocad. change in windows.
