autocad stops by clicking on some commands such as move and wheel

with autocad 2015 full I happen that by selecting a part of the drawing and then moves, or rotates and then clicking reference, autocad stops and you can't... to unlock it click to write for example in the bar, or click to open another software?
What can I do?
