if you have 2006 installed you can from windows:
program\autodesk\autocad2011\exegui migration custom settings\exegui migration from a previous version.

to do not miss the original settings, however, I suggest you follow the step-by-step procedure described in the video at the bottom of this page in the 2011 Help:
customization of user interface\transfer and migration of personalizations.

You can't go wrong.

to migrate settings from 2006 to 2011 I must first restore all of 2006 as from topic http://www.cad3d.it/forum1/showthread.php?t=2035&highlight=menu+autocad+2006 where I just answered... I hope you can help me... Thanks again

I solved by setting the 2011 autocad toolbar to my liking without needing migration! ;-)
