autodesk review of not uninstall

I was uninstalling autodesk review and it comes out in the program screen that you can't uninstall the software and the notice that I attach you already translated, it seems strange that to uninstall this program I have to install one of the microsoft, see links below? Thank you.

it is actually strange... usually this comes to installation, not to uninstall. anyway installs the component; He doesn't hurt
