Hi.....I have to update the system to inventor2011 you can tell me if you can avoid installing autodesk vault or do you affect the good operation of the program?

vault serves more than anything for multi-user environments and shared libraries. if it does not have of these needs you can safely avoid installing it. now I do not remember the procedure but if you read the help before starting the installation it must be explained well.

but if you have a single user license, you should not even propose to install it, if I don't remember badly. You simply don't install it. .

no in the office we have the license for 3 stations, yesterday I tried and its installation (vault) is proposed to me....if I decide to remove it I also have to give up the manager file design assistant?
