automatic cartilage fields

Hello everyone
I would like 2 fields of my cartiglio, which I currently edit manually through "advanced attribute editor", to be automatic. use acad 20151) "dis.n°" must be the name of the file that I impose from explorer (e.g. "xxxx.dwg" without extension obviously in the chart):
2) "date" must be current month and year.

How can I do that?

no repetitive, take off at the end of the .lsp but I do not find the field that I added

without resorting to lisp,
just copy/paste this directly into the cartiglio
