I need to create some perforated sheets that I only need at an indicative level
instead of making them mechanically, I thought to simulate the drilling with a two decal, a full part and the hole with a decal of the alpha channel,
apply it later on the sheet and change the sheet material in transparent material, so that you see only the decal.
I have only one problem, being the repetitive drilling I thought I would make the decals of a single hole and then apply the tiling of the decal, but solidworks seems not to manage the tiling of the decals.

It does so instead with the aspects, but in this case it does not manage transparency.

Am I wrong?

I managed, although the effect is not very realistic, I would rather play with the transparency of the alpha channel. .

I've done exactly what you said, no more and no less.
What am I supposed to explain? I don't understand

You don't have to explain unless you found a different solution.
but if you say you managed it without adding anything else you can mean my solution or another one not indicated. to you may seem discounted the reference to the method of aspects, but it is not so; or better remains the doubt and who perhaps will have the same need in the future will be sure how to proceed
