automatically modify the update of the carts when they are blocks

Good morning, everyone.
I'm using autocad mechanical 2010.
I ask if any of you are able to automatically edit (leaving plans) the filling of the files when they are blocks.

or better this already I know how to do (use a dedicated program that who wants I can give the name) what I would like to do is when inside the design there are two "published" blocks (with well defined variables) "to carry" the value of the variable between one block and another (of course in the same design).

often happens that certain customers want equal compilations in different blocks (the unknown reason......)

I hope I've been clear in the explanation thanks to who can help me

What kind of variable are you talking about?
What do you mean by:

"port" the variable value between one block and another

Thank you for your concern.
as you see from my attachments in my drawing there are two blocks that are called:
-pall_part_xxxx
-xxxx_ a3
(the xxxxxxx identify the client I prefer to omit.....)

now what I have to do is report the value of the label sym_x (of the pall_part_xxxx block) in the value of the label sht_ttl1 and sht_ttl2 (xxxx_ a3)

as this action must be repeated thousands of times I wondered if there were any plans to set correctly to do so automatically
