I don't understand why after creating the auxiliary reference plan and creating us on a sketch doesn't make me change the latter

from how to describe the problem seems that the plan created was created in explicit mode.
this can happen if during the execution of the command the "creare reference" function was activated, you can find it in the tools menu.
you can change the location of the plan in multiple ways:
1- by applying an entity transformation through the compass (or robot, compact)
2- assign a 3d bond (example a quota between the plan and one of the reference plans)
3- reassociation of a father-son condition by means of the plan definition shutter.
4-or create a new plan and transfer the sketch to the new plateau.
