I click hoping to find the service pack 3.0 and instead we are stopped at 2.1 ...
Why? Does it happen to you?

It's a beta for the test before the final sp3 exit.
I think you should be enrolled in their beta tester program to install it.
Like every beta, there's a risk of instability, and I appreciate you giving information about what's going on or not in the version.

the first number indicates important corrections, mind the second "richs".
