Good morning to all
use inventor 2014 from not long time... .
I have the need, starting from an already composed assembly, to have to scale the latter increasing its size
and to be able to save it in a new file that allows me to modify the details that make it.

who can help me

what you want to do, keeping the components with its working trees, you can't do it.
if you only care about the scaled set, accepting to lose all native inventor specifications, the result you get by making a derivative component.
the alternative is to climb piece by piece to handle, varying the processing.

theoretically the axieme is 1:1 scale, so increasing the size means changing everything.

stefano bos speaks of already composed assembly. I think it means a .iam. as in inventor you always work in scale 1:1, I struggle to understand the need to increase the size. If for example I have a diam tree 30 long 100, the particular .ipt will have these dimensions, therefore when they place it in the axieme, perhaps binding it to a bearing, because of things I am obliged to recall the detail that has the size 30-100 in scale 1:1. If I have to increase the size cause break of the tree, I have to remake the design. at the limit I can save it by name, go to the browser, and change the sketch with different odds. but I can not take a set, enlarge it, and think that everything within the axieme is "positions" perfectly as before.
