hi to everyone, I've been using solidworks in addition to inventor and I noticed that the two programs manage differently the rotation of the parts/assiems in the 3d environment. for example in sw if I zoom on a part of a set and rotated with the mouse, the pivot of the rotation is on the part in the center of the screen, while in inventor if I do not click on any part the fulcrum remains the whole axieme (type of orbit "free").
Is there a way in inventor to manage the sw-like rotation you know?
kind of "winned" orbit does not solve things unfortunately.
I looked around but I didn't find any solutions about it.

thanks in advance for availability

I don't know if it's the same thing, though:
- Command orbits from the navigation bar
- a click inside the orbit delimitation circle on the point you want is your rotation center
- The view is centered on that point
-You can make your center orbit

Yes, I knew it, I thought there was some options to poke somewhere.

Thank you very much anyway!
