axieme function / regression status

I ask you if there has already been a bug like this.
in a set with some configurations there are two parts. I insert a function of assemblies (extruded cut) which modifies one of the two parts. except the assist.
when I reopen it I get the msg "there are components in regression state". In reality there is no component in regression, but if I eliminate the function of assembling the msg disappears.

You should see the files but it usually happens when you create configurations after working together. if the internal id of the working on together and before that of the creation configurations something jumps.
In general, however (it is my opinion) I would avoid exceeding with the work on a joint basis. even if they are supported functions, they weigh down the regeneration and if not perfectly organized, they can generate errors that require much more time in the resolution than if the processing on the individual parts were carried out.
I practically don't like them, I understand the need for the type of processing but it doesn't seem like a reliable tool.
I hope I said a bunch of crap and someone can prove to me that I'm wrong.

can you post the files? I am using 2010 but I have to reinstall 2009 for a job and I can take a look at it (if you are not too in a hurry).
