background bitmap problem with rhino

Hi, I'd have a little problem with inserting the background bitmaps on rhino and I can't get over it.
practically when I insert the image in the view only a white pane is displayed I tried
with different images and using different insertion methods (with the command "_backgroundbitmap" or "_pictureframe")
But nothing.
I hope someone can help me.

are you on the view from above in perfect top view?because you only see it from there if you are perfectly "piatto"

you are right I tried in other pcs with the same commands I mentioned and everything works regularly
so it is a problem of my post maybe the version of rhino that I installed has some problem
I'll try to re-explain it to see if I solve it.
