basic view at table

I am in 2017 but I come from 2015, I find a new menu "basic view" when I create a new table, very little compared to before, and I can't enter the view I want, especially I miss that fabulous command that allowed me to temporarily enter the model and set the current view and place it in the sheet. I am definitely not updated on new features, can you help me? Thank you in advance.

I take advantage of it for another suggestion if you can, always in the table:

it is possible to upload a view in section, previously saved "vision view / save current frame"

and then when I'm on the table "base / representation view / "name of view" ...." unfortunately I always charge the view

main and not that stored, even if it appears in the selected field. I don't understand where I'm wrong.
