But when I go to insert the bearing in the part I have no way to select the size, how can I do?

You have to do a set.
now you are inserting/importing a "body" in one part; Imported bodies are not editable unless, if you kept the link to the original part, do it directly from the father side.
Did you get the bearing from the toolbox?
However, that is a classic case of environment together.

I got it from the toolbox.
However I did the set as recommended by you and managed to dimensional it as I wanted.
