Bye to all,
I would like to ask you what is the best workflow to follow, starting from subdivision-type surfaces to achieve solids.
I have experienced these two methods at the moment, but I don't know which one is most professional.
1. subdivision surface in ima - solid in part design and therefore various modifications like fillet and other
2. ima - nurbs in gsd or freestyle and any changes as above - solid
in this case you can exploit the potential of workbench gsd.
Is there a fast mode of conversion from subdivision to nurbs, always remaining within the casket? At the moment I proceed with the multiple extract operation in gsd or ima but I can not exploit the trap function to select the various polygonal mesh constituents the entire surface, making slow the selection process.
thanks in advance for any answers.
