I'm sure it's a newbie question, but I'm freaking out and I haven't found any arguments about it.
I created a (generic) part with family table, and when I go to assemble it in an asm x use the variant of the case, say a1.
if I close create, when I reopen program and asm x, the asm goes wrong because it does not find the file with name a1 of the variant, as there is only the file with name a of the generic .
Where am I wrong?

more than an assembly error seems to me so much an error due to the location of the file a (generic and istance) that are not found in the same working dir of x or are not mapped as search path... But I might be wrong, you should see a little better in detail.

hi apologise for intromission, the problem happens to me too:
after creating the family table of some vines, and having created a special path, if I insert into a set any screw gives me error to reopen, surely is the problem of the working directory, what solution is there? I don't think you have to save the screws in the right folder to make it work. Thank you to anyone who will answer.

Do a test, first open the offending ft variant and when you have it in session try to load the axieme where it is mounted

I think it's just about setting the search paths correctly if you work with the files in different directories.
