happy to all, I find myself facing this problem ... in a context of joint in sw I have the need to smooth the edges si 2 sided parts that in reality are welded (see attachment), for part 1 there are no problems, all the side indicated is to be beveled, as for the part 2 only "part" of the edge is to beveled and part no, this caseistic I can not manage it with the whole beveled edge. Is there any method to meet my need?

so instead of making a cutting function should do: a sketch split, a division function, the bevel and a function to recreate the unique body. for a total of 4 functions to manage
decidedly more practical and elegant

I thought in the construction phase of the piece create a multibody part and on the interested body go to make the bevel....if then you want to do eventually a matching function....;if you could not go back and then subdivide the part into bodies then use the method of the division line.
