bind parts types to corporate management code

hi geno apologies I did not understand well but one thing similar can be done in the design with the bom and all the rest.I for example associate a code to the design or commercial part that represents the design number and when I create the assembly design with the bom I configured a table that contains design code, description, quantity, material and heat and surface tract.I make the export in excel on a separate production office.
