sometimes it gives me a black screen, in the graphics section, and if I don't save and fast shut everything ... I press everything...

What video card do you have? is it certified? then updated to the sp 4

Unfortunately, both card and driver are those certified by sw, the same problem also have 3 other colleagues.

reported the problem in sw, but we are stunned by their deafening silence....

Usually certified drivers are + one for each os. you could try to choose another certified driver (if it is older it is usually better)
