block *e0 impossible to explode

attach a 3d file containing a joint mouth (sfere 3d), created quickly to make copy and paste operations.
the block is named *e0 and I couldn't explode it
you can try and give me the solution

the block contains solids, if you do not evenly scale it you cannot explode it.

which means climbing it, the block is already inserted in the drawing; even if I take it to the initial measure, nothing happens

joe, in the dwg you posted the block is not evenly scaled:

scale x = 1,0000
scale y = 0.9978scale z = 1,0000

if the three values are not equal it is not possible to explode it.
