blocks linked to the view

I thought to "use" the goodness of some "beautiful" to ask for lumens about insertion, but above all, on how to untie the blocks that by mistake (my) bind to the wrong view, during the creation of drawings. I know that you can insert the blocks in a specific view or in the sheet, but I can not remove them without having to delete them and re-enter. Thank you!

You simply cannot move them from the view to the sheet.
solution: select ctrl+x block, then select the view or sheet (double click on the blank graphics area) ctrl+v
