boiler adaptive pipe

Good day to all.
I write you because I need a little help.

I attach the .iam file in which I try to insert a tilted adaptive tube (see red line), following the same philosophy of the radial tube.
my software version is inventor 2011 pro.

Good evening to all,
not seeing any answer, I feel very likely that my request was not very clear, I will try to implement it as soon as possible with example videos, regarding the adaptive tube and its assembly technique.
with them I hope to make you understand the philosophy with which I try to assemble in a non-banal way an adaptive tube also in the tilted line of the sketch, obtaining the length for the distinct and the silhouette with the inner profile of the sheet metal.
as soon as I can produce not too heavy videos I will post them as an example.

thanks for availability,I divided the video into three pieces
in the sequence below, not to exceed 7.63 mb :

-radial tonchetto 1 (avi + codec)

-radial tonchetto 2 (avi + codec)

- assembly (wmv)

are the example of how I made and assembled an adaptive log
to be able to also obtain the length in the distinct.
the problem is that I can't do the same for a tilted log, let's say

I can't develop it with a similar technique.

I didn't expect it to solve my problem, but after posting the videos, it could at least be felt. I guess a minimum of accuracy at least among technicians.

I don't even owe any favors to chicchesia.

- for the radial case there is no problem:

- problems arise for the inclined part.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fo9ximz3p8othe axis of the carving and the axis of the ø500 tube will not coincide, predictably there will be geometrical impossibility, to the lowering of the plane/axis bond in fact the adaptive structure will be dissolved (segment purple) hypervinculating and fixing completely the sloped part.

the non-banal method is therefore ineffective.

-you could use the frame gen without losing too much in cyance.

in the last video was used only the notch to make the idea. to have the actual lengths in the separate components you can use other commands of the frame generator
