you know a cad library, or rather a cad archive
to be downloaded where inside there is the bolting unit already realized in part?
so that while I draw myself from this folder select a tcei screw from m8 (for example)
and then in the axieme I choose only the length value.
exists?
a sort is toolbox but already converted everything in part and with legislation together.

I found a solution right now.
I am using bolt toolbox from solidworks
at the end of work concert the bolt used in part.
a nice program present in solidworks installation folders
very useful, toolbox parts are “released” from the toolbox and can be saved in your own folder
ideal to exchange drawings regardless of your toolbox library!

folder installation\toolbox\data utilities\sldsetdocprop.exe and with this program, select the folder or folders to exclude the propitiousness of the toolboxes.

There was the uniworks distributed by newmacut, I don't know if it still exists... on the contrary I would let go of cadenas distributed by the solidworld group because while being very complete, it is made terrible. complex installation, I had a lot of problems with the license, absolutely not intuitive to use... as far as I was concerned I was money thrown

I tried also with cadenas of sw .... if you have to play it is fine but if you have to work and need something reliable and that works well and to avoid.
at the moment the only fast solution is the "program" of the toolbox sldsetdocprop.exe .
I was looking for something like that, but I don't think it exists if you don't make a library...

is not that the toolbox library is so reliable. I don't know how many times I have opened assemblies where components changed configuration of their own spontaneous will. besides weighing more than one to normal part.
better to make a configured library where you enter the desired properties and compatible with your own modus operandi.
for record the program that you mention is not a substitute for the toolbox and does not create anything. simply makes a part independent from the toolbox configurator
then if you need to use a screw that you don't have in the library you must first create it with the toolbox and then make it independent or take a screw already created and change it

you exact, finished a group or a self-adjusted machine the toolbox component in this way.
regarding a real library at the end it is best (as you have already said) to parameterize everything .... in the hope that a tomorrow the toolbox can give more assurances of reliability

No, it's not normal. if there are solidworks files on a server, these can be opened without problems from all posts.
I try to say something trivial, but it could help: I would put the folder on which uniworks works on the server but as the local network disk equals for everyone. make a "data_uniworks" folder on the server and share it on the network. Connect this folder on all pcs as a network disk "u". inside the folder you put the commercials created by uniworks. by force of things all pcs of the network must see and having the same path the files must be found.
