Yeah, probably the seller's speech is just that.
if you are in subscriction is relatively econocomic renewal, if you are not and "lose" a year or 2, then you become very honorable, if you want to renew the licenses with a certain frequency, the sub becomes practically the road obliged. . .

the decision whether to make the subscription or not you should not rely on bonus packs, but on the fact if you want to always have the latest version or not. a new license costs about 6000 euros (I don't know if the prices have dropped with the crisis...) and the sub costs 1200 -1500 euros per year. so if one buys inventor and decides to use that version for at least 4-5 years, then it is useless to do so, otherwise it is convenient.
There are other advantages including free assistance, bonus packs, but the first question to consider is the one mentioned above.
