book on exercises in pro/mechanica

Hello everyone, I would like to learn pro/mechanica , I am 0 , I would like to understand how to use the various buttons on the right, so I wanted to ask if there is a book, even in English, which illustrates through a series of cases how to use the commands and how to set constraints and forces. I do not care about all the theoretical treatment to the finite elements that many books do in the first chapters, since I have already studied it (translating the conies) to engineering.
I am interested in a practical explanation of how to deal with the various cases that I might encounter,
