hi to all, as from title I look for books or dispenses on the practical organization of a technical office.
explain: in the company we estimate, we design and manufacture wooden structures (bridges, roofs, houses etc.). we are in 4, one above all makes quotes and helps if the executives are over, others do executives and help if the estimates are exceeded. I integrate with all the pre-dimensions you need.
I would like to find procedures for the distribution of assignments (easy part) and especially for the verification/control of advances, so that one is not double the work of another.
you will certainly think that it is a problem easily solved, just make a periodic/weekly meeting...the problem is that the property is the first that considers these meetings almost a waste of time, and does not care to check the time of carrying out assignments.
So I wanted to "study" something to use/propose...you never know that it is accepted!
