box holes - lid

I did enough research, but unfortunately I did not find anything, which seems strange enough because the question seems trivial (perhaps it is for what I found nothing... )

I have a box with its lid, I would like to make so that the holes made on the box coincide with the holes on the lid (or vice versa) and that changing the odds of a hole on the box also change on the lid.
the only method I found is to project geometry within the axieme, but it doesn't always work well.

other question, can you tie between them the width and height of box and cover without projecting geometry?

Yes.
you have various possibilities to do it
a solution is to make the lid adaptive, so that the geometries that you project in the lid, "taking them" from the box, update when they change in the box

an elegant alternative can be to define in combination the dimensional parameters (width and height of the box, interasses holes etc...) and for each part "import" these parameters from the axieme and use them to govern the quotas.
changing the parameters in the axieme, the parts "read" change and update accordingly

if they are inside the piece I can tie between them the working quotas sketches etc. (in place of the number I write the name of the quota) but between one part and the other I just can't.. .

you can do it between side and side or better between side and side

inside the part, use the "derived component" command, choose the one from which you want to import parameters and in the import screen exclude geometries and load the parameters that interest you
