the law of the region makes n. 17 of 20 April 2015, "dark and simplification of the regional norm in the field of construction", published on n. 37 of 30 April 2015 introduces new rules on building regulations. Many types of minor interventions are classified as "free building", i.e. without the need for communications or permits.
