Good morning
My problem is the usual, for some strange reason they sent me by mail a 2d design of autocad and up to here nothing strange, if it was not that just try to measure a line that on the plane should be 20mm, I find it from 50m (I did not wrong to write it is just 50 meters) then I got the doubt that it was in 3d and in fact just control I find that the starting point is on the other coordinates,0,500

how do I bring everything to plan z=0 and then make this line become 20,0,0 and no more 20,0,50000? ?

I know that this topic has already been discussed on this forum, I have already tried with all the techniques written by my predecessors who have had the same problem but I have not solved anything.

flatten does not recognize it I tried to activate the express tools with the expressmenu command and expresstools from the command line but nothing.

work with autocad 2010 in Italian.

flatten must recognize it as a command.
the correct procedure is:
- position with view from above
- type flatten
- give sending

then it is obvious that you have not installed express tools

are there alternatives to express tools? ?
How can I get it and install it?

I have the original version of autocad 2010 installed me with the pachetto of inventor 2010 all purchased directly from autodesk.

so nothing craccato or illegal

express tools are commands not supported by autodesk but that are still present in the installation package (wanting to install them by restarting the autocad installation).
Alternatively you can use the zeta command you can download from here:http://www.emicad.it/emicad/simbolicad/lisp/index.aspIt's more or less like express tools flatten but you don't have to install anything.
