as you well know the er (enhancement request) have scores.

said this I wanted to help us to increase the score of some er.
how to increase the score:
1) go to the er section of the customer portal (attached image)
2) type the number of the interested spr and press 'search' (attached image)
3) add the data and your comments and press on the 'save details and vote for this enhancement' button.

I'll explain something.
the spr can be assigned to two situations:
1) problem reported by the customer, for example yours.
This implies that technicians, after a first verification that it is not due to some incompetence of the user, take charge of the problem and check whether it is your problem or related to the software.
if the problem is a kiss of the program, an er subform of spr is not generated, clearly tied to the spr of your sr.
but is put in the tail to all the basins.
You won't find this spr in search of er...in fact yours don't find it.
2) if instead a customer reports, which fails to quote in orderly polar, a spr is generated as before, then seeing that it is a lack, as sw supports the iso standard, an er subform of spr is generated, which you find in the search of er.

Yours and this I don't put my hand on fire, I should try, it seems like a kiss on the list to be solved.
