Note: You need administrative privileges on your microsoft ® windows ® operating to complete the installation process.
Note: you need to have advantage pack subscription for autodesk revit 2010 installed on the system, in order to apply this quick update.
this installation requires replacing the following file:
revitdb.dll
to install correction on a 32-bit system
close all software applications.
make sure that the advantage pack subscription for autodesk revit 2010 is installed on the system.
switch to product installation folder, for example c: \ program files \ autodesk revit <productname> 2010 \ program
rename the original interested file.
in the product installation program folder, click revitdb.dll file and rename it revitdb.bak.
extract revitdb.dll found in 20090925_1815_revit_2010_wall_modification_hotfix_x32.zip in c:\ programs \ autodesk revit <productname> 2010 \ program
to install correction on a 64-bit system
