Look at jim78b, I don't think there's any hope to find a customization so niche as the top of qs is in open source.
see, me10 works with the parts and nests allowing you to edit at any point and to climb and descend the hierarchy of the animation. acad as a concept had not even the edict of the block until recently, now they introduced it (from a 5-6 years) but remains a different concept, so programming top was not simple. . .
said that I believe that many things especially now that you have way to edit the direct block, you can do with a dwg that is an export of me10

that cad use depends on many factors almost imponderable a priori. I have a license of me10 and acad and every time I get a dwg I have to choose what to work with.you got the point thanks! But then what about using autocad?
in the first approximation we say that if it is a dwg from acad to which I have to make few modifications the trait with acad, if instead there is to work a lot in 2d and with objects that I have in me10 then use that. it also happens to do with me10 and then export the dwg to retouch with acad to make it compliant/readable-no-problems to the customer/supplier

If you receive a me10 file is strange, they usually send you a dwg that is an export. As a rule to me they send all dwg as an interchange file, then I agree to send me direct the me10; me10 opens the dwg pretty well, with few problems.
acad does not open the me10, but you can send a dwg made as export. After that it will not be easy to work on it, but so...
