the answer is simple: in the workshop we have, a mold made by us, with round punch and a matrix with "u" section. I also have a curiosity....: how did you determine the safety coefficient of 1.4?

in your case is 235/140 -1 =0.67 means that you can increase your load by 67% before you get to yield... to mean 300kg*1.67=500kg or 500kg your structure is permanently deformed.

I have seen that you have already solved however maybe it can be useful to you, if you click where there is the scale with colors and the various measures opens you a manager of the "Legend" where you can replace the "scientific" reading method with reading in millimeters or other, I find it clearer and faster.
