calculation of sheet metal

Good morning to all,
I was asked to explain the calculation of the development of a sheet starting from these data:

plate folded to u l1 100 x l2 70 x s 5, fold of 30 mm (external measurement) on l2 with internal radius of 5 mm.

material s235 quarry 50
material 304 quarry from 35

I am able to calculate the basic development, but the material and the quarry, are putting me a little in trouble.
Does anyone have any suggestions? how much influence and how the material and the quarry?
