I opened a call to ptc technical support on June 6, 2011 after some tests and contacts from three operators... they abandoned me, the call currently was assigned to a fourth operator whose initials (e.v.) on October 13 last contact to let me know that I would be contacted the next day. from that time they literally abandoned me! the call is still open to today I only know that the money for the maintenance of the 4 licenses available to us all want them immediately....:angry:
What do you recommend me to do?
