hello to all, work as a designer and starting from the cad files made by me, so far I have always delegated to various specialists the realization of the part cam-work on board the machine of the projects

I am now making small micromechanical machining elements (e.g. watchmaking), components with a maximum of 60-60-20 mm, with tolerances up to the micron and 3d shapes at times quite complex (some with 5 axes to understand), materials mainly aluminum alloys, are works that are often made in Swiss-German, with cutters like kern, willemin, pamacon..

Now I would like to follow (and understand) more closely the steps that follow the realization of the cad files, so I ask you if someone is aware of it, what cam software are usually used, or are still more suitable, for this type of cutters? and moreover, so much so that there are, there are Italian companies that make similar work (e.g. can you speak via mp?) or is it a sector monopolized by companies of ooltralpe?

I thank in advance those who want to give me some information about it, in the meantime I continue to follow the forum.

If the machining is milling I think that any cam goes well.powermill has no problem with small pieces and low tolerances and it turns out to be so also for wnc that has my friend
