Hi, a little weird, I've been using cats for a while, but I'm gonna need to do some special stuff now.
I would like to know if it is possible to automatically insert a part in a product based on a condition, for example if I have a linear actuator composed of motor, transmission and user I would like it to be possible according to the power of the engine to change the type of transmission (a belt or gear for example).
I would therefore have a variable "power" according to which caia me to dimensional all the components (I have already done it quite easily) and then go to choose the transmission and the piazzi with the right constraints within the axieme, it is therefore to have beyond the parametric modeling of the individual parts also the "choice" parametric of a component.
I peeked a bit in the knowledge advisor module but it seems to me that they're just talking about parts modeling and not assemblies, do you have any idea how to do something like that?
