that is the default color for the elements with constraints problems, but I don't get it applied to the text.
Obviously without knowing how you handled the paper, if you use layers, if you have specific colors for entities, if you have turned the text into sketch.... you can only make assumptions.

thank you I worked on multiple levels, I used the annotation command for the text and I had made lines to give the distance from the edges and then I erased it can be for that? But I didn't become all yellow the carrattere is by default black color, do I want to re-enter them from head?

seems that the problem comes from the constraints of the building sketches then deleted.
copying them at the moment seems to me the only alternative.
to copy them to the exact location you can proceed in one of the two ways:
1 note the original coordinates and then after copying the writing reinsert them
2 activate a level other than that of the writings, select the writing, appear white dots on the corners of the text, select the one on the top left and make paste copy. do so for all texts; at the end turn off the active level, delete old texts, turn on the active level, select the texts reposition them on the original level
