I should like to make a study for equipment, which will contain a piece of cast iron, this piece will be obtained from a fusion, although it is not a problem at this stage, I would like to have some information on the possible problems that I can arise after.... If there's some expert in fusioini teaching me a bit would be a good thing.
A model must be made, the pieces to be melted will be about ten, so I would also be interested to know if in the varese area there are models that I can make this model.

I'm not a modelist, I'm limited to providing the designs to those who make the models for castings that we have served, but I imagine that an idea of the size and complexity of the particular should provide it.

in principle for a few pieces you work with shapes in sand. This involves larger dimensional tolerances and a worse surface.
for the rest you have to take into account how to unform the model in place of drawing not to do it too complicated, but that depends on the piece itself.

shift from large thicknesses to fine thicknesses gradually avoid living edges avoid concetrating efforts at single point
