catalogue problems

There's another problem missing. Maybe I had to make vacations in lourdes.
I can't load the dice from the catalogue. opening the catalogue I see all dice included.
when doubleclick on the chosen dice. .. error message, "new from" impossible, doc not found.for against all others, screws rosette bolts etc. work very well.

Did you subpoena your archive?
If you move a archive to another director, you must also move the images of the parts of the catalogue.

from r19 to r20 but more than a year ago.

I find it strange the behavior but the only doubt and that the libraries are not corrected, try to check in the options if these are corrected loaded (see photo).

all catalogues are in:

c:\program files\dassault systemes\b20\win_b64\startup\components\mechanicalstandardparts

verification dse inside the catellas there are besides the catalog file also its models.

if I open a nut directly from the catalog it will charge regularly.
the dice are there but for the catalog do not exist
