when inventor has been installed must have been installed at least one standard (ansi,din,iso,ss,uni etc.)
now, or maybe you only installed the hold, and then see only the measurements in inches, or
you have installation problems.
check which standards you have installed,otherwise refer to the installation.

for catalogue You mean the content center, don't you?

I forgot, to see what standards you installed, without making too many turns:
in environment together:
command: "Position from content center"
Then on the top left click on the dart next to "filters", you open a list with the planned standards, if there are iso,din,uni,ss you should be able to have your profile, otherwise, if there are no installs.
