I have the need to create a sort of a catalog design by inserting different dimensional possibilities

to understand better
I have to create a catalog sheet where to insert a sort of pattern that I generate on the side but then I would like to insert
from a sort of list of spuns to be inserted in the cartilage

code example: abc type: xy tooth number: 15, 16, 17, 18

where should I insert, like, a flag to be popped alongside the dentatura concerned, the existing ones

Would you give me an indication how to create it or do it all manually?

Could you place an image of what you want?
it is not easy to understand from the few data.
It could be a table you make, I imagine at table.
as you will know if you copy a range of excel cells to the solidworks table, you will find a table inserted renameable from inside the table or by using them (apre directly excel and allows you to change it).
If you can study a table so it could be your case?

here is a thing of this type where z and r identify me of the particular types of our product
so I would say yes a table excel could also go well

you seem to be a good solution even if I would prefer to do something like drop down menu and related flags to tick on the properti tab builder
