catia v5 r18 mold plugins

hi to all, I have to draw a mold for a particular thermoplastic using for the first time catia v5 r18 (precisely that I did not use before no version of catia).
I would need someone with a little patience that guides me step by step (just from scratch to understand).

I think you're asking too much.

However if I'm not mistaken the form you need is the core & cavity.

Maybe some users have experiences to share with you. Let's see.
