centro bloccato in solidworks

Good morning to all.. .
I'm getting this kind of problem today. .
in a table of solidworks I try to drag axis or section lines or even sketch lines just made but I can't stretch or change them in any way... I find myself with a message below where it says : modification design view (center blocked)
what setting do I have to change to make it stretch or change these lines?

Look, it's settled, but don't ask me how I did it because I can't tell you. . .

However, it also happened with the lines of unfinished sketch.. I was trying to stretch a section, not moving. .

Now it's all fixed, but if it turns me back, I don't know how to solve this...:frown:
