I was looking at the other day that freecad has in addons the workbench cfdof. is based on openfoam, and you practically have to download two packages of 700mb approximately plus the mesher and the post processor.
All in all, apart from the beat to do the download should work quite easily as fluent or as solidworks flowork symulation, at least for the fluids in transit in ducts.
