change background color to the bar with file name

Hi, I'll attach an image to explain better why I don't know the name of that "barra"marked in red in the image, it is understood that the written "autocad 2011 - nomefile.dwg" with that transparent background, is illegible ...
is there any way to change color or background and not completely lose sight?
