change blocks in lt 2004

I doubt that the lt2004 version allows for the modification of the blocks.
They should explode and then recreate them.

I confirm. the block editor came in lt2007 while the refedit if not erro in lt2010. on lt2004 there is only redefinition of the blocks as the only change option
